Dear Catherine, This is both a hope for success in your concierge business and a thank you for the many ways you have welcomed us. Not only your friendliness, encouragement and help with the move, but introducing us to your friends, inviting us to the movies, and feeding us those wonderful Sunday lunches. We really appreciate Steve's barbequing skills.
We also thank you for the beautiful wreath you made for us to welcome people into our home. You are a lady of many talents. I get dizzy watching you.
Your friendliness really made us feel welcome. We're grateful for your friendship and wish you every success in your new business.
Love, Betty and Klaus Dannenberg
Dear Catherine and "Cat" team,
I just want to say thanks to all of you for making this the easiest move I have ever had. You all handled everything from packing, organizing, advising and even selling my golf cart and refrigerator! Bringing me breakfast and lunch the day of my move along with my beautiful wreath that Catherine made for my new door was over the top and much appreciated.
Now like you, I can say that you do indeed have the best movers, with the best price who bring the best smile as they care for the belongings as if they were their own.
Thank you for making this move, one that I will remember fondly because of your true "concierge" care of your customers who turn into friends for life.
I would like to take a moment and comment on our recent experience with Cat's Concierge Moving Services.
My husband of 32 years and I are what some would consider serial movers', our move to Robson Ranch was our 21st and final move! I personally have handled all our moves up to and including our move to Costa Rica and back to the US.
I am intimately familiar with the stress caused by moves.
When we first visited RR, I met Catherine Simpson, literally in the street, she introduced herself and handed me her card. I did not think anything of it at the time until weeks later when we decided to purchase our final home.
I began my List of Things To Do, and hit the wall.frankly I was burned out and could not bear the thought of another move. It was then I remembered Cat and unearthed her card.
I gave Cat a call, we met, and I never looked back!
Cat HANDLED EVERYTHING, the movers, the painters, the carpenter, the fence installer, the installation of the Attic Lift, the cleaners, all at competitive rates.
I. Did. Not. Lift. A. Finger.!
In fact, I was in California on business, communicating with Cat via email.
She would text me progress reports daily. The day the movers arrived, I left and came out to RR while my husband supervised the packers (from his chair).
She managed the contractors, she let them in every day, and she made sure the house was move-in ready.
My husband would ask: Whats the matter with you, you are not stressing out, my response, Dont need to, Cats in control! If you are interested in discussing further or would like to see examples of the fine work performed by her contractors feel free to call me!
